1.  Demand Letter

Demand letter is addressed to Diamond Overseas Services Pvt.Ltd. from the employer mentioning require categories and number of manpower along with salary scale, working hours, and other benefits duly authenticated by respective authorities (chamber of commerce/Ministry of Foreign Affairs)


2.   Power of Attorney

Power of Attorney providing authority /power to Diamond overseas services Pvt.Ltd. to recruit Nepalese manpower duly authenticated by respective authorities (chamber of commerce/Ministry of Foreign Affairs).


3.  Agency Agreement

Agreement between the employer and Diamond Overseas Services Pvt.Ltd. signed and stamped by both parties.


4.   Employment Contract 1

Service contract mentioning wages and benefits between employer and the employee.


5.  Employment Contract 2

Service contract mentioning wages and benefits between employer and the employee.
